Brasília, May, 2018 – Once again Brasília Airport has been chosen the best terminal of its kind, within the category of over 15 million passengers a year. A study conducted by the Civil Aviation Department measured passenger satisfaction in the first three months of the year.
In the last quarter of 2017 the report covered 15 airports: the current one has covered 20 Brazilian airports. In last year’s survey, Brasília‘s international airport Juscelino Kubitschek was also at the top of the three terminals of its kind.
Inframerica has now been administering Brasilia´s terminal for fully five years and during this period of time the airport has both grown and improved the quality of its attention and passenger comfort.
Among the airports examined, Brasília appears as the one with the least waiting time in immigration queues, with an average waiting time of 9 minutes. The figure was drawn on the basis of 1,370 flights covered.
Agility is a defining feature of Brasília Airport. The waiting time at its X-ray queues is also the lowest in the country – two minutes.
