Representatives from the Russian carrier Red Wings held today a press conference at Zvartnots International Airport, celebrating the kick off of the Russian airline in the Armenian market.
The General Director of Red Wings, Evgeny Klucharev, stated that about 90 percent of the tickets had been sold in the first fortnight immediately after the launching of the airline in the Armenian plaza, anticipating a more than satisfactory sales turnout for the coming summer season.
The airline is operating the route Moscow – Yerevan – Moscow as from March 18th, 2018, with four flights per week.
Red Wings is flying Airbus A320 /321 and Ty 204. The Russian carrier has as well anounced that during April the four-flights-a week schedule will be increased to a daily flight between Yerevan and Moscow.
